Liked: The location of this property is perfect for walking to area attractions. The staff are amazing. Princess went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect !

Well-situated, comfortable and clean place in a nice area

Liked: The hotel is well-situated. It is fairly close to the Shedd Aquarium, Chinatown, Millenium park, etc. The rooms were clean and decent too. I appreciate that I could control the temperature in my room easily. There was a microwave, keurig and mini fridge in the room, as well as an iron and an ironing board. These are always handy to have.
Disliked: The valet had a hard time keeping up with the comings and goings of cars. We had to go around the block to find a space to park in front of the hotel at check-in. There aren't enough trolleys as well to help carry the luggage from car to room. Hotel stay between 4pm to 11am is a bit short for the price we pay. And when I asked, 'late check-out' was not an option.

Relaxing, but quick. We will stay here again!

Liked: Room and restaurant were amazing! Did not get to swim in pool, but saw it and it looked so nice! Next time!
Disliked: Nothing at all! Everything was great! We frequently come to Chicago and this will be a location to stay moving forward!
