Disliked: Room was in the basement next to pool with basement style window. Overpriced for this type of room.

The Hilton was a great...

Liked: I enjoyed my time with the family. The employees were nice. The dog area was a great addition. It was nice to have an option for a snack or drink to buy at the front desk. The coffee in the room was nice to have. Free parking was a plus to have. Bob Evans, across from the Hilton, was great to have that as an option.
Disliked: Considering it's a Hilton, I expected it to be well-maintained. The pool area didn't have towels. We were told due to the shortage of towels. The pool didn't smell like chlorine and was green. A lot of rust everywhere. The water fountains had rust. I don't mind reusing towels, just need more area to hang things to dry. The door to get to the dog area was broken and kept coming off. The clocks didn't have the right time. Almost felt like the little things didn't matter to be kept up with.

Liked: Almost everything!
Disliked: The rm port did not work ...his phone was drained after being on it for a few hours; the wires were exposed there.

Great!! Just missed the hot...

Liked: Everything was great minus the pool area. There weren’t towels available when we went and the hot tub was broken for the duration of our stay. It was a minor inconvenience but still unfortunate that it was broken. Somehow it managed to get colder than the actual pool as well.
Disliked: The only down fall was the non functioning hot tub.

Hilton needs to get their...

Liked: I liked the staff who were all trying their best to make this a special stay.
Disliked: The breakfast was not free, which is ridiculous because of the price of the room. The only reason I selected this hotel was for the free breakfast which now costs as much as a fine restaurant. At least they could offer free yogurt and fruit.I was completely disappointed in this policy which is probably coming from the bloated Hilton chain.
