Cross country trek

Liked: Our room was so clean and quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was the best place we stayed on our trip across the country!
Disliked: There was nothing we can say we didn't like

Great location, spacious rooms

Liked: The location is fantastic, I love being close to the dunes. The room was clean, and the bed was super comfy.
Disliked: The pool looked dirty. I'm not sure, but I'm pretty sure there was sand on the bottom. I was surprised at the shift in price on the breakfast.

Nature and convenience combined

Liked: The location near the dunes and unique restaurants(walk to or several minutes'drive). The setting in the Coffee Crreek preserve which was fun and relaxing to hike around. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. We brought our 2 little dogs and there were places to walk them.The breakfast was part of our stay and was exceptionally good with continental or cooked to order options.
Disliked: The breakfast and dinner options were confusing. I had to ask how it worked and what was available to me since prices were posted and the stuff you could buy from their shop, including coffee was adjacent. Most of the staff were friendly enough and professional acting, but it could have been more welcoming. It is a trend, it seems, for some persons employed in hospitality to not smile or welcome customers and just barely do their jobs.
