Overall stay was Great

Liked: I absolutely love the full service restaurant downstairs
Disliked: I didn’t like that the removed the pool one of the reasons we booked this place was the indoor pool only to get there and found out it was turned into a banquet hall months ago . My children was so sad

Professional staff was able to...

Liked: so when I arrived my reservation was not showing on the screen from a 3rd party because my name wasn't put in right Anika was at the desk and booked me another room with peace of mind. Anika was able to maneuver through my E mail to find my confirmation number and cancelled th e 3rd party. Well done Anika

we enjoyed our time their...

Liked: the location was nice and quiet and had a lot of places to eat and stores to shop nearby. hotel was clean and the bed was very comfy. the hot water also lasted a very long time and the soap and shampoo and conditioner smelled lovely. the staff was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: that they were still doing reservations, so the hallways were a bit spooky, and they got rid of the pool, so it wasn't anything to do inside the hotel but plenty to do outside of the hotel.
