Liked: Location. Clean and quiet.
Disliked: I was charged $81 for having my small dog with me. At no time was I told in advance of this charge.... it simply said "Pets Welcome". I was also charged for parking without being told in advance. I don't feel it is right to have surprise charges at the end of a hotel stay. Some people can't afford surprise charges especially when traveling.. Won't be staying at Hilton Garden Inn again.

Liked: Food was excellent and with a sufficient variety of offerings
Disliked: The lobby floors were a little slick walking inside from wet sidewalks. Elevators were a little slow for the number of guests.

Nice stay overall
Liked: The room needed to be swept, and they took care of it quickly. Especially appreciated the cleaning staff and the chef.
Disliked: The ice machine on the third floor did not work. I didn’t see that it cost extra for parking before my stay. That was disappointing.

Liked: We were traveling for a few days and just moved from another hotel, where we had a terrible experience even after we checked out. Staying At Hilton Garden Inn was like coming back to a normal life with a professional and friendly staff. Thank you for rebuilding our confidence in hotel industry, seriously.
