Liked: Location breakfast available. Nice employees
Disliked: Walkin shower not available. Hotel needs more. Bathroom shower fixtures are impossible. Toilets are made for midgets.

Liked: Surprised it was not included in the cost. Most motels today include breakfast in the price of room
Disliked: Bed was comfortable but had a blanket as the cover and it was worn and old

Nice facility, professional staff

Disliked: Called hotel direct number to make reservation and was connected to booking.com w/o knowledge. Because I was in Charlottesville for a medical appt I was eligible for a discount. Booking.com would not honor that discount. On arrival at check-in the hotel staff was able to make the correction. When calling the hotel's direct line you should not be rolled over to 3rd party booking company

Liked: Nice hotel with clean room.
Disliked: The TV did not work, I guess due to a storm???
