Liked: We have stayed t countless HGN throughout the years and all over the country...this was BY FAR the best hotel with amazing staff from check-in...assistance with a computer issue...bar...and we especially enjoyed the wonderful space for ability to smoke a few cigars without feeling like outcasts....all around 5 stars! WELL DONE!

Liked: Place was great a little too close to the highway so noisy room
Disliked: My booking was never sent to the hotels system so we both had to spend an hour on the phone trying to clear it up. And ultimately booking cancelled my non-cancellation room and the hotel rebooked me.

Good, but not perfect.

Liked: Clean and easy to get too.
Disliked: We could hear the people in the room next door. The breakfast started at 7:30 am. That is late for people who want to get on the road. Omelets are not available on Saturday.
