Worst experience ever at a...
Liked: The hotel was under renovation, and as a result, everything felt dusty, including my room and bathroom. It was uncomfortable and felt unhygienic. Worse, I was bitten multiple nights. When I informed the front desk they were dismissive and only agreed to investigate if I vacated the room. After waiting an hour and a half and repeatedly asking for updates, they claimed to find nothing—without offering an apology. Their responses were passive-aggressive, and to make matters worse, I continued to get more bites. I have photos to prove it.While the view was stunning, the loud noise from the bar above completely ruined the experience. Every evening, the disturbance made it impossible to relax. Additionally, the furniture was outdated—I've seen better quality in budget hostels—and the pool towels looked like rags.The pool itself was unclean, and the poolside furniture was covered in green dust. It was clear that maintenance and cleaning were not priorities.The front desk was improvised on the second floor, making check-in and assistance feel unorganized. The coffee station was only available until 10 AM, which was highly inconvenient.For the price I paid, these conditions were entirely unacceptable. This was nowhere near the quality I expect from Hilton, and I will be filing a formal complaint with the company. I would strongly advise others to reconsider staying here until significant improvements are made.

Liked: We loved the river view from our large window. Looking at the boats day and night was beautiful. The beds were comfortable.
Disliked: We were not aware that the hotel was going through a renovation. All of the public places were closed.

Liked: View from room was good, rooftop bar is nice weather permitting
Disliked: Was not warned about construction when I booked, no restaurant available (room service only) and room not well suited for dining, no inside lounge bar, final bill as presented was $107 overcharged (the booking.com rate was not used). After reviewing with clerk she credited the money back but I have to wonder whether it would have been caught… I know that if I use booking.com in future I better make sure the charges are applied correctly.
