Beautiful hotel, amazing staff and...
Liked: The breakfast was really good, I liked having so many options. (hot and cold). I would recommend you include the breakfast option when booking your stay. It's worth it. We were visiting Charleston, so the location was perfect. Just a short driver over the bridge and downtown is right there.
Disliked: There wasn't anything that I didn't like about this hotel. It's great regardless of the price. You can't beat it's location and friendly staff. It's worth it. I would definitely stay there on my next visit.

Liked: The property is modern, clean and in a very good location.
Disliked: The attitude of some of the front end employees. Also, we didn’t get room service and needed to ask and get our towels from the front end.

This Hilton Garden Inn needs...
Liked: We flew to Charleston as a family to celebrate my daughter's wedding and took 6 rooms for 3 nights. The location was fine and the parking lot was OK. Staff were mostly polite and friendly, but not always professional.
Disliked: As they say, the devil is in the details, including the small details. A few examples: The Wi-Fi came on and than off for periods of time both in the mornings and evenings, which is quite frustrating; Service in the rooms is provided every other day. At our request, we received service at the room on our second day, but the empty shower gel container was left empty and we had to rely on the one small piece of soap in the bathroom when washing hands and taking a shower; On the morning of our departure house keeping employees knocked on our door before 8:00 in the morning asking to clean our room. I explained that we will be checking out at 11:00 and they should come after 11:30. They apologized and left. However, in the coming hour two more different housekeeping employees knocked on our door and asked to clean our room and again I had to explain that we are staying in the room until 11:00, and that they should come later. We found this attitude extremely unprofessional. Definitely not typical of my vast experience with the Hilton chain.
