The staff went out of their way to help me in and out of my room. When asked a question or asked to do something they went above and beyond. I couldn't have asked for anything more.

Great hotel, fantastic location and...

Liked: Great location for Times Square and Central Park. Minutes away from the Subway and plenty of places to eat and drink close by.
Disliked: There are not enough elevators for the amount of guests travelling to and from their rooms.

Disappointing

Good location, rooms too small.

Liked: Good location near Broadway, Times Square and Central Park. Plenty of cafes and food options nearby. Friendly helpful staff. Nice sports bar next door.
Disliked: The room was far too small for 4 people, there was barely any space to walk past the beds and no room for 4 suitcases. Not enough storage space for 4 people either if you chose to unpack. Breakfast was over 30 dollars each.

Close to Central Park and...

Liked: Comfy room, little fridge which is definitely a plus. The staff was really nice and helpful. The location is great. Close to Columbus Circle and Central Park

Liked: I loved the location in such a vibrant neighborhood and the fantastic shower. It was right out of a luxury suite. Also, considering the skyrocketing prices of NY hotels, it was a bargain.

Liked: I always find the hotel very suitable for my visits to New York. May not be luxurious but good place to stay.
Disliked: There are only three elevators and at peak times you may have to wait 5 minutes for one- so plan for that.
