Liked: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️We stayed at Club de Soleil in Las Vegas while scouting future rental or second-home properties and couldn’t have asked for a better place. The staff (especially Em) went above and beyond to make us comfortable. They noticed we were an older, retired couple and thoughtfully placed us in a ground-floor suite just steps from where we parked—so convenient!The one-bedroom suite was spacious and fully equipped with a kitchen, washer/dryer, and wonderfully cold A/C—perfect for the desert heat. It truly felt like a home away from home. When we had a small issue with the TV remote, maintenance was at our door within minutes.The front desk staff was friendly, professional, and kept check-in moving quickly. They even offered a shuttle to our room, though we had a rental car. Parking was free with a permit, which was another huge plus.
Disliked: While the guests above us were occasionally noisy, it was such a minor issue that it didn’t affect our overall experience.

Liked: The staff, area,and cleanliness. We stay here when we come to Austin all the time.
Disliked: The elevators broke but they fixed it the same day and our key didn’t work on the patio doors so it was prompted and that’s scary cause anybody could walk in. Restaurant food wasn’t good.

Liked: Location and staff friendly.
Disliked: Safety. I stayed previously there and you need your key for elevators. This time was not working. Easy for anyone to go inside any floors. Not safety for woman’s traveling alone. Cleaning was not as good as last time. Floors needs to be vacuum more often.
