Liked: It was spotless and updated. I was pleasantly surprised!
Disliked: The only thing I might suggest is that I realized, too late, that I didn’t have any cash on me to leave as a tip for housekeeping. I called the front desk to see if part of the $25 that was taken for incidentals could be used as a tip and they said No. I asked if there was an ATM machine, or some way I could get cash, and was told there wasn’t. I’m sure I’m not the only guest who has been caught in that situation. Housekeeping works hard and deserves to be tipped. I luckily found an old gift card in my wallet that I hadn’t used yet so I left that in place of cash, but I would have liked to have left money instead.I should have thought ahead about the tip, so that’s on me. However, it would be nice to provide a way for guests to get some cash if it’s ever needed.Just a thought.

Liked: Location,price, clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Pillow was too soft for me. That’s just my preference.

Liked: The highway is incredibly noisy but it turned out ok because we were on the other side of the hotel
Disliked: That the staff at the desk didn’t have stools to sit on.

Liked: Location was close to the area I need to be in.
Disliked: The room was not clean, the coffee machine was filthy dirty, we did not have soap or shampoo in the dispenser. We had to use our own.
