Very disappointing!

Liked: We should have been told the Hotel was under reconstruction........Our room was clean when we got there but was NEVER serviced during the three day stay. We asked for clean towels on the second day, Bed never made or room serviced.it was not what we expected at all.
Disliked: most everything!
