Liked: The comfort of the room and location
Disliked: The slow opening door in parking area but as seen in all reviews they already know and have never addressed it. Food in restaurant not worth the money

Disliked: Paid parking, housekeeping, cleanliness of the room there was beer cover on the floor, dust on the bathroom shelfs, also i tried to change my room because there is issue in the bed front desk told me that we are fully booked today and tomorrow because it was a weekend, after that i tried to make a reservation on booking and there is room available so i think she blow me off.

Liked: Staff was incredibly friendly and communicative. Parking was super easy. Room was very clean and quiet. Best thing was the VIEW!!
Disliked: It would have been nice if the parking was free. But the easy access and security was nice.

A very expensive and disappointing...
Liked: Clean and comfortable
Disliked: We parked in the hotel lot. The entrance to the hotel was locked and there was no response from the intercom for someone to let us in to check in. My son had to run around to the front of the building to ask someone to let us in, after waiting several minutes. We were also double billed for the stay. We had prepaid and the hotel charged for the stay on top of the prepayment.
