Liked: Room was clean and comfortable Air conditioning worked well

I would stay again but...

Liked: Locations
Disliked: The pool and hot tub were broke. That was the main reason for the visit.

I loved it

Liked: Fresh food lots of variety loved the table settings Coffee and pastries were a treat
Disliked: The staff for breakfast were very uninterested lack social skills truly looked and acted as if we were an inconvenience Not one time did anyone say good morning The female that asked for my room # definitely needs customer service training

Bad

Liked: I liked when l called to switch rooms the woman at the front desk was very helpful. I booked the room for the location and swimming pool. Unfortunately the pool was closed due to repairs but l called before l booked the room to confirm if the pool was open or not. She put in for me to get a refund because the amenities l wanted was not available. I have reached out on the phone to the hotel and sent emails asking them to release the money back to Booking.com so they can send me a refund. Booking has even reached out with no answer from anyone. So if l can’t get my refund l will not stay at any Hilton hotel and along with not using booking.com.
Disliked: I don’t like how l called to inquire about something before l booked the hotel and was lied to. My kids was very disappointed on July 4,2025. I would greatly appreciate if someone can respond and release my money.

Good, could be better

Liked: Decent and clean hotel
Disliked: Breakfast options were less...Especially coffee was taken out right when the breakfast ended. There is not much avenue to get coffee except for ordering from outside. My suggestion would be to provide at least coffee from morning to evening.

Liked: It was very clean and accessible everything I am telling
Disliked: We were kind of hoping to swim because it was so hot outside and the gentleman in the morning when we left was not very pleasant or helpful
