Liked: Like that it is a newer/updated hotel
Disliked: We've stayed here before a couple times before and liked it previously. Seems like they are not keeping things going like before...no towels outside for the pool, firepit not on outside in evening, shorted us sheets/blankets for kids' sofa bed in one of the rooms (even though they were listed on reservation) and only 3 shower towels for 4 people in the room??

Everything was good except the...

Disliked: We had someone above us who was so loud running across the floor and all. Had to call the front desk but didn't seem to stop it.

No sleep

Liked: The location was good
Disliked: The floors in the room were (maybe) vinyl plank. There was a large group above us running around for hours. With hard floors the noise was deafening and I didn’t sleep at all. When I mentioned it to the front desk I was told that they get this complaint often

Comfortable stay

Liked: Well kept and good location right off the freeway. Near restaurants like BJs, Macdonalds and Westfield Mall
Disliked: Parking fee of 22 per night

Liked: Ease of access, very clean, both family and business friendly.

Exceptional

Liked: Booked initially because of location, but found that property is beautiful and clean and the staff are very friendly! Outdoor patio was beautifully designed, including the fire pit, and we enjoyed sitting outside! Hilton app provided for digital check-in and key upon arrival, communication with management, and auto check-out. Everything was nice and easy!
Disliked: Sometimes wi-fi was querky and we had a little trouble with digital key!
