The hotel was clean.

Liked: Clean.
Disliked: Just the toilet handle needed adjusting so the toilet water didn't run.

Liked: Close to the airport.Very clean. Coffee & water in my room.Staff was professional and friendly.Easy check in & out.Had breakfast. The food was great.
Disliked: Hotel is doing renovations, so bar and lounge area very small.

Liked: It’s well located, near everything, rooms are very nice and comfortable. Like that there’s 2 TV’s for big families. Pool and jacuzzi area doesn’t smell like chlorine!
Disliked: Customer Service was very bad! The only friendly employee was Renae who served us breakfast in the morning!

Liked: Nothing special other than the location for easy access to/from Airport
Disliked: The breakfast was nothing special and since there was no possibility for a decent meal due to construction work this was a minus for me

I don't travel often but...

Liked: The breakfast was better than I had expected. Even though under major rehab. the facility was clean and the staff and contractors were very respectful of my needs

Disliked: I didn’t know the property is undergoing renovation when I booked. While the room we stayed in was renovated and brand new, strangely all the doors on the floor we stayed on had about an inch and a half gap between the bottom of the door and the threshold. This made for a loud start to our stay with rowdy guests down the hall.

Liked: Beautiful Room & The Entire Staff are always Wonderful. So Nice &So Helpful. When I returned to Buffalo from Florida, I had a dead battery in My Vehicle & The Staff was very accommodating as They let Me stay in Lobby waiting for AAA.
Disliked: I Loved Everything.
