Super clean, Close to undergrounds...

Liked: The hotel was super clean with great staff. W did not take breakfast so cannot comment on food or bar. The location is good, a short walk from tube stations and close to excellent bars and restaurants.
Disliked: The location as not Chelsea but a little working class, but that matters not, its great for places to eat.

Liked: Stayed only for one night and arrived late. But everything was to my liking. Breakfast was good and open until 10 during weekdays. Staff at the reception was helpful and supported me with little requests. the room was big enough, the mattrass was quite hard, which I like. I slept well with the room/window facing the courtyard, not a street.Location of the hotel is good, you can reach tram or metro stops rather quickly.

Liked: The room was spacious, the bed was super comfortable and the staff were very nice.
Disliked: The AC in the room did not work so it was quite warm, the first night the fire alarm went on in the middle of the night and woke everyone up but we just heard we could go back to our rooms with mo further explanation which left us a bit uneasy, but overall all good
