Liked: The room was clean and comfortable. It was a convenient location, and the amenities, like a fire pit, were nice.
Disliked: The front desk staff was not present most of the time, the hallway smelled the entire duration, and I could never find anyone to tell. There was rotting trash in the can. The staff was not knowledgeable about the billing system, and I had to continue to ask them to please check again in order to get a receipt. They kept coming back with other answers simply because they didn't want to or possibly know how to do it. In the end, I was able to get the receipt, so it was doable.
