Staff was attentive and we...

Liked: Location and amenities.
Disliked: Starting to look a little tired, specifically the carpet in the hallways. Unfortunately, guests in room nearby were very loud and the children were unruly late into the night. The front desk personnel were responsive and the matter was resolved.

Disliked: We actually didn’t stay because the room reeked of smoke and there was a bedbug on the curtain. We left.

Liked: TV did not function properly. TV programmer had to come and reset the tv.My wife took her shower first only to find that there was a small amount of body wash and no shampoo. We had to use the rest of the body wash to wash our hair. We usually bring all this but it advertised having it...so did not bring any.For a hotel that cost so much, it is a shame to not have a free breakfast. We do not plan to stay at a Hilton Garden Inn again.
