Pleasant
Liked: comfortable bed, spacious room
Disliked: noisy fridge, noisy AC, low pressure in bathroom sink faucet, some towels smelling of bleach, some veggies for breakfast would be nice, not all staff equally friendly (but some are!)

Liked: Good location
Disliked: Housekeeping knocked on our door at 8am ( we were sleeping) only after having the alarm clock in the room to go off at 6am ( we did not set) and room service guys banging on our door at 7:40am only to realize he had the wrong room. Definitely not a good place to get a decent nights sleep!

Despite the underground parking, I’d...
Disliked: Parking garage is a disaster. Couldn’t find the exit out and I was concerned that my Silverado wouldn’t fit through the access gate. When I checked out I handed my room cards over only to find out that I needed them to exit the parking garage. Someone had left a spare key by the gate that I was able to use. It would help a lot of exit signs were painted on the walls instead of the small green exit signs attached to the ceiling that were confusing because they did direct where to go when you were at a cross point that you could turn either way. The restaurant said they were closed due to electrical shut down so they directed to the Embassy Suites. Good meal at affordable prices. Should have been honest though, restaurant wasn’t closed because of a shutdown, I’m fairly certain it was because it wasn’t economical to run both restaurants with not enough patrons.
