Decent stay and experience....but they...
Liked: Beautiful place in great location.
Disliked: Breakfast should have been included as indicated in my booking, yet the hotel said no such thing and stated the only option was to pay for it.

Nice facility. Disappointing basic service...
Liked: The room was clean and spacious.
Disliked: It was Parent?s Weekend. Room was not stocked with the basics. For example, no coffee cups or plastic Styrofoam cups of any kind. One roll of toilet paper on holder with no reserve. We had to ask request to have room made up which we were told when we arrived. Even we did request this, the room was never made up. Instead, we found a post it on the door telling us that we had to request this. When we spoke to the manager, our concerns were dismissed.The manager actually told us that it was the policy to only place one roll of toilet paper in the holder and to not leave any reserves. We found this hard to believe. Small things but when you pay $550 a night for a room which normally goes for under $200, it is disappointing. We realize that it?s been difficult to get employees during the pandemic and it is not lost on us that this was probably a big part of the problem. However, having the manager not acknowledge the issue is probably not the best for customer relations.
