Never again! Very disappointing for...

Liked: beds were comfortable and rooms were quiet
Disliked: The elevators were a nightmare. One was being worked on when we first arrived so only the other worked and took 10+ minutes to arrive. There were no stairs inside the building to use so we needed to go outside to get up to our room. The second day the broken elevator was 'fixed' but shook violently the entire ride we took on it. It was terrifying. We heard that it dropped another guest two floors before slamming down in the basement. Needless to say, we never took it again. As we always took the stairs, we were greeted with a giant bag of trash on the landing of our floor. The bag stayed there and leaked a black, smelly substance for days until we finally asked the lobby staff if they'd clean it up. Other than that, our room keys demagnetized twice and there was no bartender available during the posted 'happy hours' at the hotel bar. Definitely sub par for a Hilton!

Nice comfortable hotel for a...

Liked: Pleasant environment, easy parking, allowed me to have bike in room, pool was good.
Disliked: Nothing really apart from noisy air conditioning

Nice hotel to stay in...

Liked: Nicely decorated, and updated.
Disliked: The bathroom had some broken tile pieces and the floors had recently been mopped but smelled like dirty water.

Short anniversary get a way

Liked: They staff went out of their way to accommodate us as Booking.com canceled our reservation and had charged us. Hilton didn't receive the payment but Hilton straighten it out for us.
Disliked: Nothing it was lovely nice clean rooms and great food.

Exceptional

Ok place to sleep and...

Liked: Decent location and friendly staff
Disliked: Very basic items had to be requested multiple times during four night stay - empty bottles of shampoo and conditioner in room from beginning, only decaf coffee pods in room. Strange that we also had to request another roll of toilet paper twice- you’d think there would be one back up in a room where three people at staying? Or at least replaced during every other day cleaning?
