Disliked: After reserving, the inability to reach front desk with questions, your system to only reach booking agent would make me not book there again.

Modern, comfortable, affordable lodging option

Liked: Clean, great/stylish/updated decor, fantastic common areas, friendly staff.
Disliked: On one hand location has many conveniences - walking distance to numerous shops and restaurants; however, these are more 'strip mall' stores and it will require a car/taxi/Uber to reach Pearl Street Mall and CU. Trade-off is clean and modern hotel at a more affordable rate than some of the lodging options closer to Pearl Street Mall and CU.

Liked: Nice room and excellent location.
Disliked: Breakfast buffet isn't very good and pre paying for breakfast does not have the option of ordering off of the cooked to order menu even though those items are cheaper than the buffet

Liked: Staff. Bettyt Carol at breakfast. Maria, R..G., and Jessica at dinner.
Disliked: Canyon Cafe was closed on 2 of the 7 nights, so I had to go over to Embassy Suites. As a long time Hilton Honors member that is unacceptable.
