Very pleasant staff. Good breakfast!
Liked: It felt like home,from the reception to our one night stay. The receptionist was very welcoming, rooms very clean,breakfast was superb. The only thing is the swimming pool which needs to be updated to meet the standards of the hotels. Towels looked very worn out and old. Needs updating.Overall,everything looked good.
Disliked: Swimming pool didn't meet standard of the hotel. And no! water was very cold not heated as specified online.

Comfortable and safe
Liked: We arrived at the hotel late at night. Parking was convenient, and the front desk staff was helpful, though not particularly friendly at check-in. I appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel, but it was frustrating that our two rooms—booked under the same reservation—ended up on different floors.Initially, we were given keys to two rooms next to each other on the same floor. However, one of the room keys didn’t work, so we had to return to the front desk. That’s when we were told that the second room was actually on a different floor. This meant hauling all our belongings back to the elevator and starting over, which was inconvenient after a long day of travel.The bathroom design in the room was also a bit uncomfortable—the sliding frosted glass door didn’t fully close, leaving gaps on the sides that compromised privacy.We only stayed for one night and left early in the morning. During check-out, the front desk staff was much friendlier and took the time to ask how our stay was, which we appreciated.
