A nice hotel to stay...

Liked: The hotel was clean, lots of parking available, and the room, TV etc were fine.

Liked: I have been using this hotel for many years, maybe 2-4 times per year.The location is ok and overal it is one of the better hotels - NORMALLY
Disliked: I arrived on Saturday evening, to be met what could only be called out out of control kindergarten/school kids going crazy.I attempted to sit in the bar and have food but the noise was so out of control the staff arranged for me to sit in a separate side room. The parents were there and just let maybe 20-30 children just run around, scream and shout.More than that they then ran up and down in the bedroom areas until almost midnight.My last time staying here - certainly during the hockey season

Disliked: Bed was a bit uncomfortable. Need new mattresses.

Liked: My first time at this Hilton location, family event at College of the Holy Cross. Absolutely loved it. The place was clean, the entrance was grand and extremely inviting.
Disliked: We were pretty satisfied.

Liked: I have been staying at this hotel for a number of years now as it is close to our work location. The rooms are ok
Disliked: The A/C is noisy, the breakfast is overpriced, the food at the bar is awful

Comfort in a quiet location.

Liked: Room was comfortable. Lobby was large and attractive with multiple seating areas. Staff were friendly and helpful. Area was very quiet.
