Exceptional hotel stay.
Liked: This appeared to be a newer hotel. Finally, a clean place that felt worth staying in.
Disliked: A little pricey for meals.

IT WAS OK.
Liked: Rooms were clean. The place was nice.
Disliked: Breakfast staff were very rude and mean. They were not refilling the foods so we had cramps for Breakfast. Most of the staff that work at the hotel were not friendly. Never going back there again. Hotel is in the middle of nowhere.

Liked: Hotel was clean, comfortable, good location. Places to eat and shop only a few minutes away. Extra coffee pods available at the front desk if you want more coffee in your room. Check in was easy and the front desk was very accommodating

Disliked: Our rooms were on a seperate floors instead of close together. The pool was closed for the second year in a row. Kitchen shut down early for a party. The ac unit squeaked and the shower did not work properly.

Change staff or at least...
Liked: This is a great property, I am in a unique situation but I expect no matter what the guest situation is they still deserve to get the goods and services that were advertised and I did not get these services. I didn't feel safe in this hotel it's unfortunate that some staff members acted on their personal judgement of me and a judgement that was from other people's opinion. Instead of getting to know me I was met with a high degree of hostility. I lost my trust in the front desk manager, she kept bouncing between doing her job and doing what wasn't her job. Instead of stopping what was being done, she tried to do damage control and that wasn't effective, it was more of a disturbance to me because I was bothered twice. Then I had someone in the restaurant say to another person, I just walked in and I am on your side, once I heard that I walked out. It's no ones job to watch me and I am not going to eat in a restaurant that an employee who is handling my food would say that. If you looking for a trustworthy friendly staff that has your safety in consideration then this isn't the hotel for you. Then there was someone above me surveillance me 24/7, this I can prove. So a lot was done that shouldn't have been done and then EVERY time I left the room, although I had a signed "all set" outside, the room was entered every time, the room was dirtied on purpose and hair, a lot was put on my sheets as well as stains, The management knew this was happing and instead of stopping it, she kept asking if I needed to change my sheets every day. Stopping the problem would have been the best solution. Then the front desk manager inability to listen and she always talked about if I am not happy I can leave. I wasn't there to gain happiness, this is something you do for yourself, I as there to get the goods and services that were advertised.
Disliked: Staff, there were one or two individuals who were great, these were outstanding individuals but I always had a sense that they were sometimes influenced by the staff who were incompetent and not great. I would advise anyone to leave a hotel if the mangers themselves are not doing the right thing, it will turn out to feel very unsafe environment. Again, I am aware of my unique situation but I shouldn't be made to feel like you are doing this to actually have me want to leave, then it turns out to me a harassing situation and harassing others is against the law and should be hotel policy as well.
