Good

Liked: We were aware of the property and the location before we went so none of it was a surprise. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel.
Disliked: It felt like some areas were a bit tired (stairwells, lifts etc)

Loved the time I spent...

Liked: Convenient to our location visit
Disliked: Clean, easy access, amenities

Pleasant

Liked: The room was laid out well with a desk and a couch.
Disliked: The bathroom had no heat and it was freezing in there. I had to use the chair to hold the door open to get heat into there. The food at breakfast was gross. I couldn’t eat it. Also make sure you check your receipt. I had paid for breakfast ahead of time but then was still charged for it. They took it off

Pleasant

Liked: the spin bike
Disliked: shower pressure in 134 is weak.

Exceptional

Liked: The newly designed rooms were very bright, welcoming and overall a great value!
Disliked: Disappointed the pool was still closed, however, with my travel itinerary I would not have swam much but the option would have been nice.

We arrived at the hotel...

Liked: We were welcomed by the staff even though it was closed due to the storm they had which left them with no power. They made us stay for the night and were very apologetic.
Disliked: Nothing

Good

Liked: It is placed in a quiet location, conveniently near stores and restaurants. Friendly staff, and its check out at noon (most places is at 11).
Disliked: I understand that there are renovations taking place bringing dust into the air. but I know this is temporary
