Hotel staff could be more...

Liked: The location was awesome.
Disliked: The uncleanliness pool area and room. 1 working elevator. Refrigerator was not cold even at the coldest temperature.

I survived.

Liked: The location was minutes away from everything.
Disliked: The extremely unclean, broken fridge, terrible water flow in shower, swimming pool water was green and gross. Small king size bed.

This Hilton did not have...

Liked: Conveniently located near everything I needed.
Disliked: Amenities services / conditions either not functioning or repaired to function properly. Such as elevators, shower head, refrigerator, tv, swimming pool, and closet shelf.

No smart TV

Liked: The staff was very accommodating... I loved that my room had a small fridge and a microwave
Disliked: The TV was not a smart TV ...therefore I could not access my apps nor was i able to even do the mirror image from my phone, stayed 4 days upon arrival the tissue in the bathroom was less than 1/4 on the roll therefore I had to ask for more tissue paper, the bathroom was somewhat small, the kleenex was hard like paper

Liked: Beautiful hotel. Great location. Staff were friendly.
Disliked: The pool was cold n the hot tub was cold. I was looking forward to that hot tub. And they didn’t really have a place for dirty towels so there was a big pile of em in a table .

Disliked: Spa didn’t work
