Convenient hotel for business trip...

Liked: Convenient hotel with all standard equipments and nice selection of restaurants very nearby (walking distance). Area is quiet.
Disliked: Look and feel of rooms is rather old fashioned

Disliked: Feel like prices were alot higher than last time we stayed, but probably due to graduation, but very expensive

Disliked: Even my booking plan included full breakfast but I was not allowed to have it actually due to unknown reason, most probably due to fault of the transaction of Booking.com.

The location was convenient and...

Liked: The size of the room, comfort of the bed, and amentities especially the 24 hours pool access.
Disliked: The pool area needs improvement. The shower was broken and not sign indicating that. Also, the hot tub has quite a few flaws in the tile which could be fixed. Based on the status and expectations of the Hilton hotel chains, the pool area was quite disappointing.

Disliked: The air conditioning did not work all night. It was noisy. I have asked three times to have the manager call me and never got a call.

Liked: It had AC
Disliked: Management. My fiancé was injured due to Hilton’s negligence. An extension cord was placed right outside or room door spanning half the hotels hallway, unattended and with no safety/caution signs. They then decided themselves they did nothing wrong and are not at fault for furthering my finances back injuries.
