Very welcoming and friendly hotel

Liked: Very friendly and helpful, especially the breakfast buffet lady. Nice big lobby and bar museum. Convenient swimming pool. Good parking garage. Drinks and food available.
Disliked: Rooms a little loud at the roadside and loud AC. A little sterile restaurant and bar area. Payment process confusing. Reservation charge for two rooms plus charge on second credit card plus double fee for parking. We have to check again if everything will be settled soon.
