Very clean and friendly, just don't plan on sleeping if your a light sleeper. Ear plugs did not help.

Liked: The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful!
Disliked: The location is terrible. Right next to a busy street.

Great stay in downtown Boise

Liked: The rooms were new and looked very nice. The staff were great. I checked out and turned in my key before realizing I need the key to get out of the garage so one of the nice employees came out to the parking garage to let me out.
Disliked: No issues.

Great place to stay in...

Liked: Staff were very friendly, informative, and checking via personal text if there was anything needed after you were in your room. My room and surrounding areas were spotlessly clean. I will definitely use this location my next time in the Boise area.
Disliked: Suggestion .. Add parking fees to your price online and morning coffee service in the lobby.

Disliked: Wish it had more landscaping mostly concrete, and an outdoor pool.

Ask for a room away...

Liked: The pool, and the gym were good. The room was clean. Most of all after sharing just the fact about the noise; I was happy the room fee was refunded .
Disliked: All night all I heard was cars, trucks motorcycles, and sirens racing down the street below. The bed was too firm. The breakfast was precooked items reheated on the griddle. The potatoes ended up burnt and it would have been nice to have a choice. I don't care for potatoes Obrien. To be fair the eggs were cooked fresh and done right. Both the breakfast bar and the made to order breakfast are to expensive for what they are. As was the price for parking.

Disliked: Very expensive for nothing special. Small, old pool, no nice place to sit down, no garden, loud road just below the window.
