Very clean and friendly, just don't plan on sleeping if your a light sleeper. Ear plugs did not help.

Liked: The staff and the location.
Disliked: The stained carpet and uphostered chair in the room that I rented: really disgusting. What I get was not up to Hilton standards.

Good value and location.

Liked: New hotel in walking distance to downtown Boise. Nice amenities and rooms. Good value.
Disliked: Sound attenuation thru the floor wasn't great. You could hear footfall upstairs.

Disliked: Location makes it difficult for car parking, engrance/exit and unless you have been there before requires extra payment to park. Also breakfast is not included in cost.
