Disliked: Could hear all the traffic and noise on the street. Could not regulate the temperature in the room.

Liked: Room was comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful and the location is great!
Disliked: I was on the street level and it was a little loud, but that is to be expected.

Liked: The front desk staff was great! They were helpful.
Disliked: That the breakfast was pretty expensive.. as much as the cost of the room, a continental breakfast would of been nice

Comfort, convenience and courteous!

Liked: Staff was so friendly and welcoming. I got in very late but there they were to welcome me. They made it so easy and held my luggage the next morning so I could explore the town and meet my sister for breakfast! Super nice experience!!
Disliked: Nothing!!

Liked: The parking garage was essential as we were there during a big snow storm. WIFI was good. Thankfully the snack bar had good food options as restaurants were closed due to weather.
Disliked: Would have been great if the hotel restaurant was open.
