you jacked up prices 250%...
Disliked: The breakfast, was by far, the absolute worst breakfast I ever got in a hotel. Pancakes undercooked but dry? how is that even possible. All of the hot food was luke warm or cold. I have eaten 30 year old dehydrated MRE eggs that were tastier than what was served at the hotel, Im not even sure how you can mess up scrambled eggs (other than being stone cold, which they were).

Liked: Centrally located in Town to everything
Disliked: Coaches Restaurant connected to property needs to review its Staff and let go the ones that don’t like there job and were down right rude to their patrons that would come in to the restaurant when it was after 8:00pm. I witnessed a family getting harassed when they came in to eat with a water bottle in their hand and the me bartender/Server denied them service in a Rude manner cause he wanted to go home and not service anyone. The attitude that night was towards everyone including myself so I also removed myself and refused to go back the whole week that I was there.

Nice hotel - overpriced for...
Liked: Staff very helpful and friendly. Location is great for walking to campus, restaurants. Whole property very clean and well maintained.
Disliked: Hotel rates in Bloomington are unpredictable but $400+ for one night is really hard to fathom.Parking situation is confusing/poor signage when entering from connected garage. Staff were explaining to several guests to clarify fees (different than posted sign in garage) and how to access parking.

Liked: Close to the venue
Disliked: the server in the bar was awful. I believe it was due to lack of training. He didn’t make eye contact to let anyone at the table know he knew we were waiting for his service. He would take our drink order then go do other tasks and forget to get our drinks until we stood to remind him. There were only 3 tables (2 with 2 and our table with 5) and then a group at the bar and one other individual. The food was excellent but the service lacked.
