Liked: It was Beautiful with a lot of amenities
Disliked: I felt heard when I asked for special accommodations but wasn’t told that digital Hilton honor members can select their own room without checking in to the front desk . Why this was crucial is because their was a note stating if at all possible do not place anyone in & around my room due to my PTSD & hypersensitivity to noise. At the end of 1st night I had two rooms & across the hall from me taken which triggered my condition. I did let front desk know & that’s when I learned abt the “digital Hilton members” option. 2nd night was much better

Liked: Property and staff were as expected
Disliked: Booking dot com overbooked the hotel. We (4 of us) arrived at the hotel around 7pm expecting a double queen room. We were put in a king room with a roll away bed. The property said there was nothing they could do because they were full. 3 of us had to sleep in a king and one on the mattress. Recommend booking directly through the property.
