Liked: convenient to the interstate
Disliked: staff was rude, some had their children? grandchildren? that they’d brought to work in a Saturday. No made to order breakfast and selection on “buffet” was bread, bagels (no toaster that I saw) fruit for $10 or “hot” scrambled eggs for $20. Room was not in good repair. toilet paper holder was broken. To top off the experience I was charged two nights instead of one and they wouldn’t refund. Got an email from an assistant manager and his “return” email in signature line was incorrect and couldn’t be contacted. Left messages with him and after two weeks I think we’ve finally resolved the payment issue.

Liked: absolutely nothing!
Disliked: This hotel is not up to your typical Hilton standard by any stretch of the imagination. My only guess is that this is very poor management here as the hotel does not clean rooms when requested, the carpeting's are stained in the room, rooms are dirty, and believe it or not the hotel is out of soap. There is a department store about 1 mile up the road and they don't even have the skills to go buy soap for the guests. Completelyunacceptable. I would find another place to stay in Birmingham. Steer clear.

Liked: The convenience. Just stayed one night passing through and it was directly off the interstate. It was in a good location as well
Disliked: The pool area had a very strong odor of marijuana that made the lobby smell as well.
