Exceptional

Liked: Breakfast from the restaurant to expensive and the hotel are very expensive usually that price we pay for the hotel breakfast would be included

Liked: They had no banana's or gluten free. We chose to eat somewhere else.
Disliked: The shower was really slick my daughter fell. The room was really small. The courtain was half of the rail and the reading lights did not work.

Cold water/ Gas leak

Liked: During my stay on 3/22, it was awful!! When we first arrived, I thought this would be great. But that changed when we had to get showers. The water was freezing cold!! Called the front desk and was told that everyone had cold water and that the plumbers would have it fixed in about 15 mins. Tried again after 20 mins or so. Called back to the front desk and did not get an answer. It was also a gas leak on the first floor, and everyone had to be moved. The next day, the showers were still COLD!! The lady at the front desk stated she could only give us 50.00 dollars back, out of an almost 200 dollar stay. She stated that we would need to talk to the general manager who was NOT there!! I left very unhappy!! I am not satisfied with the outcome! And I really don't know if I will try this place again or not.
