Will come back!

Liked: The rooms were spotless and so comfortable. The mattresses and bedding…wonderful. Temp was great, curtains blocked out morning sun.
Disliked: Parking lot is a bit challenging. Front staff upon check in wasn’t the friendliest. Check out staff was great.

Superb

Liked: The hotel was clean, and the location was good. A tornado came through the night of our stay. The staff handled the situation calmly. They did a great job guiding the hotel guests through this experience.

Staff was not friendly. Ignored...

Disliked: Your restaurant for breakfast was totally overpriced. A bowl of cereal $15 ridiculous. No instructions regarding food. Was the continental breakfast free? I don’t know. Can I have a banana with my coffee?

The rooms need soundproofing, but...

Liked: Staff was friendly and helpful. The building and our room were updated and very clean. The hotel was easy to find in the city and was close to lots of restaurants and shops.
Disliked: The heater in our room was very loud when it turned on, and the rest of the hotel was extremely noisy…we could hear every person and sound inside our room which kept us awake at night.
