Disliked: Update your site ASAP……… we booked this hotel because my wife has chronic pain and it had a hot tub. NOPE WE FOUND OUT IT WAS CEMENTED OVER THAT NIGHT WHEN WE ALREADY CHECKED IN….and your pictures show a hot tub. Also on IPhone maps when you scroll down it says HOTTUB….We have 4 kids and booked this hotel for the 2 boys birthday and we booked 2 queen beds and sofa bed like we have done the past 2 years when we stayed. NOPE WE GOT TO THE ROOM AND THE SOFA BEDS WERE REMOVED DUE TO A REMODEL. They did accommodate us to adjoining rooms after they finally agreed. UPDATE YOUR SITE ASAP…. This was a total crappy experience and we would go every year because it was the only one around with a hot tub for my wife. Well that’s not the case anymore. Also who did you all use for your remodel??? Trim was falling off, paint splatter on the windows and PTAC unit. Door wouldn’t open all the way and scraped on the tile and other sketchy work. The only great thing about our stay was CHEF MARCIA. Her food was excellent.

Disappointing

Disliked: I booked a king room with a sleeper sofa. On check in, the room we were given only had the king bed. The lady at the counter, who was very nice, said they didn’t have a room as described anymore. She switched us to a double queen. We got to the new room and the key card didn’t work. Back to the counter where she reprogrammed the key card. Back to the room and it still didn’t work. Back to the counter where she said the card reader must be messed up. She gave us a new room. When we got to room #3, there weren’t any trash cans and the toilet was malfunctioning and we had to take the back off the toilet every time we flushed. Woke up the next morning to only find out that the continental breakfast was $10.

Liked: The rooms were nice.
Disliked: I tried to contact the property to make a change to my reservation but no one answered the phone. I sent a message via app and did not get a response. The rooms were nice, however, when my partner and I got up to our room the door was propped open. There was a random extra pillow case on our bed. When we went inside to use the bathroom there was a tissue in the toilet like someone was using it after it was cleaned.My parent's reported that their bathroom was not very clean.

Disliked: This stay the room was vastly different than our last stay which was same king size bed but mattress was not as firm, the sofa was in terrible condition and lighting was awful.
