Disappointing

Liked: It was a spacious room.
Disliked: The sheets had stains on them and there was hair in the sink and shower.

$4:for coffee on a $375/night...

Liked: Convenient location to freeway
Disliked: In order to get coffee with breakfast guests either have to purchase the "hot" breakfast or pay $4. I'd expect for $375/night there would be coffee (other than the in-room coffee maker). Ridiculous given the cost.

Overall a good stay but...

Liked: The location was conveniently located on a strip of multiple hotels and close to a Walmart. There were a few more shops in the same area. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. We didn’t use the pool (last night of a long road trip) but did have the continental breakfast. Which was fine - didn’t include any protein, any hot food items were an additional charge. We just had bagels, yogurt and cereal and we were content.
Disliked: There is a $100 hold, I don’t mind there being a hold but this is the amount on hold when I visit places like Boston. It is a hold - I was just surprised by it. Coffee is not complimentary at breakfast, it’s $4 per cup for a self serve. Our room smelt like wet rug when we got there, when we left we let the front desk know as the smell hadn’t gone away when we checked out in the morning. She was very prompt on having room service check on it.

Disliked: There was no hot water 2 days in a row and I had to take freezing cold showers! There was also black hair noted in the bathroom and shower upon my arrival (my hair is blonde).
