Would not reccomend this place.
Liked: Location to Parris Island was good.
Disliked: The smell, we stayed on the 2nd floor. Whe we got off the elevator it had a terrible smell, then when we entered our room the smell was even worse. We sprayed air freshener and even that didnt work. When we asked the lady at the front desk about the smell, she acted like it was normal. Needless to say nothing happened. Won't stay there again.

Superb
Liked: I like the location. Wish we could have explored more but we were the for graduation. I did locate the area behind the hotel to sit and enjoy the sunset.
Disliked: The fire alarm went off at 1:30 Am in the morning for no apparent reason.

Exceptional
Disliked: Fire alarm went off around two went out in the hall and a gentleman said this was the third night in a row this happened. Didn’t understand why I didn’t get fixed the first night so we struggled to go back to sleep.

Wonderful hotel with great staff!
Liked: The hotel was wonderful. The staff was wonderful and the restaurant staff was AMAZING!

Exceptional
Liked: Location great. We didn't have the breakfast. We came in our RV and they had plenty of parking room for us.
Disliked: The key card system didn't work the night we were there. We had to be escorted to our room each time.

Very poor
Disliked: No room keys or access in to our room or pool due to lack of hotel card/key access. Their system went down a few days ago and was not fixed during our stay. We had to go to the fron5 desk any time we needed access to anything. Room refrigerator was broken and needed to be replaced. When we called the front desk from our room, no one answered 2 different times!! Manager Evan Robinson said to contact Booking for you to contact him to get a refund for our night stay due to this experience. Please contact me back for this information or we will not be using Booking again. I cannot get a response from anyone at Booking!! Not happy..
