Brand new hotel, very clean,...
Liked: Very clean, brand new hotel. Rooms were exceptionally clean. Breakfast was very good, offering nice and healthy keto options like omelettes, all you can eat bacon, and sausages.Bed was very comfortable and I slept like a baby. Shower and bathroom we excellent.Lounge on the 2nd floor is great for hanging out in or doing some work in. Very cozy lounge area, IMHO, with big open space plan and huge windows so you can see outside and thus have the illusion/feeling of space. Smart decor.
Disliked: Aside from the bed, the furniture in the room is borderline un-cozy. It's not terrible, and is smart and clean and of high quality, but it's just not exceptionally cozy to stay in the room to work or hang out.I have stayed in other hotels in the area and some offer comfy couches in the rooms and other more cozy furniture. The furniture here was not exceptionally cozy. The chair for the desk is a bit stiff and you cannot sit at it forever. However the lounge downstairs is smart and stylish and the furniture is comfy there. The only freebie this hotel offers is free coffee in the morning. Throughout the day if you want coffee or tea, be prepared to pay for it. This is in contrast with other hotels in the area, some of which have free coffee or tea all day.The breakfast was good but pricey: ~$20. This is kind of a high price considering other hotels in the area throw in basically the same fare for free as part of the room cost. I ended up spending $66 (including tax and tip) for 3 breakfasts. Seems high to me.On top of that cost, they took a $250 "security deposit" from me for a 4-night stay which is on top of whatever booking.com advertises as the final rate. Other hotels in the area only took $50 for a 4-night stay. So be prepared to have extra cash on your credit card or debit card otherwise you won't be able to check-in. I have yet to check-out today so I have no clue if they will return the full deposit but I expect they will do so!!Also -- you have to pay for parking!!The neighborhood that the hotel is in is clean and decent but spartan in terms of things to do/shopping. There is a Starbucks nearby and some restaurants but they didn't attract me. Be prepared to have to travel to cooler 'hoods ... which is not a problem as you can hop on a bike or one of those e-scooters or whatever... just don't expect the neighborhood to overwhelm you with amazing things to do.

Liked: Brand new hotel, not even a month old. Friendly staff, amazing rooftop.
Disliked: No pool, but the rooftop is nice to relax and the views are amazing. Not in the city center, but there are a few restaurants in the area, and you can hop on a lime scooter or city bike and be anywhere in minutes.

Liked: Location was great and the staff was friendly
Disliked: No parking. No maid service. No free breakfast. Rooftop deck was locked. Our flight was canceled last minute by the airlines but the hotel refused to refund us for the night we missed even though they were only at 15% capacity and we stayed another 4 nights.
