Lovely place to stay if...

Liked: Well kept property. The entire staff was warm and accommodating. I would certainly recommend.

Liked: The room itself was very clean. The staff was friendly during our check-in.
Disliked: I prefer to take the stairs and not the elevator, but the bottom of the stairwell was filled with items and difficult to get out of. Then, when we tried to take the stairs back to our room, the door would not allow us to enter. It is important to keep the stairs open, clean, and ready to use at all times.

Disliked: When I arrived and showed them my receipt where I paid online, they said it still showed that I owe for my stay. It took them 45 min to get the situation corrected with me making the phone call. One I arrived to our room, the door was opened and when asked why, I was told because maintenance was fixing something. The room smell like old mildew and the the furniture was peeling and rotted out like termites had been eating away. The water pressure in the shower was horrible and the temperature of the water wasn’t accurate.
