Good overall

Liked: Location's great, breakfast was decent, and parking wasn't too much trouble
Disliked: One thing to improve: there's a persistent smell when you enter the building, possibly from the carpet, but it's quite noticeable.

There were some things that...

Liked: We enjoyed our breakfast and dinner. Very generous portions.
Disliked: Said there was room service but the lady decided to not do it that day. Mold on the bathroom ceiling, room 615. We were in a handicapped room, we didn't need it but I wondered how a handicapped person could get out in an emergency with no elevators from the 6th floor. Just something to think about.

Liked: The front desk staff is now professional and personable. This was not always the case over the past four months. Those with good customer service were rare, and some were nearly surly towards guest. Great improvement.
Disliked: The parking remains problematic. The spaces are tight, and there are not enough of them.
