Awesome hotel; we only stayed one night but no complaints. Very clean and staff is friendly!

Everything was great except the air conditioner was extremely loud. Would wake you up from a dead sleep. Seems the staff is aware of the matter, so it was not just our room. Otherwise, clean; comfortable and kind staff and great location to venue and restaurants.

Totally unprofessional front desk staff...
Liked: I reserved a room online and when I got to the room it was missing one of the beds. We went back down to the front desk and showed them our reservation and they refused to call a manager to authorize us to get an additional room. A total nightmare.

Disliked: The tvs are very out dated, no Netflix or you can’t connect your phone to the tvs to watch shows everything is very old. Also they dryer is out you can’t wash your cloths the proper way and there was no detergent to purchase from the front desk. This was a very poor stay from this location.

Did not receive the room...
Liked: We had reserved a room with three beds but where only offered a room with two beds. After spending an hour on the phone with booking.com and the hotel and booking.com blaming each other, we were given no resolution. We were then charged for an extra room and promised we would get the money back. This has not happened and my three subsequent messages to booking.com have remained unanswered. Very bad experience, we did not get the room we were promised when booking and no one is taking responsibility for it.
