Awesome hotel; we only stayed one night but no complaints. Very clean and staff is friendly!

Everything was great except the air conditioner was extremely loud. Would wake you up from a dead sleep. Seems the staff is aware of the matter, so it was not just our room. Otherwise, clean; comfortable and kind staff and great location to venue and restaurants.

Terrible never again

Liked: I thought with it being a Hilton garden and booking giving it a great rating but boy was I wrong first room had a dead bug on the bed and one on the floor and the tv did not work so we moved to another room mold on the shower roof so we moved to another room room different floor and after getting in bed realized the sheets had perfume from previous guest went down to check out and went for breakfast was told it did not come with my stay I have always relied on booking but from now on I will be checking the property my self

Disliked: The beds were not comfortable they were hard and weren’t enough towels in the room and the breakfast you had to pay for wasn’t complimentary

Liked: I liked that the room was very nice and spacious. The restroom was clean and with towels and things to wash with.
Disliked: I did like the HVAC. I set the thermostat to heat and the fan constantly ran but the room did not heat up. I also think that the space should be checked for bugs.

Disliked: I had a situation with missing items and they did not solve it yet. I'd already stayed at this hotel a few times and this was the first time it happened. I hope they can solve it because I really like the staff and the it is perfect to me because of it's location
