Hotel was wonderful; clean; comfortable staff went the extra step each time we asked any questions.

Liked: The employees.
Disliked: They didn't have Hampton Inn cookies.

Disliked: Hot tub was broken and that's why we booked the room. Beds were awful and guest services was rude.

Disliked: THE UNDERGOING RENOVATIONS!! We picked this hotel for location and the indoor pool. Floor 7 where the pool was located was closed and under renovations!! That was a heartbreaker for my 10 yr old son who was uber excited about going to the pool. The door to our room did not shut properly without extreme effort (the latch did not line up). My room key would randomly stop working. And only 1 elevator was working at the time. There was a small razor rusty razor blade on the carpet. After informing a staff member of some of the issues, he did not seem to be very concerned.

Liked: The property is under construction which everyone should know before going. When under construction, guess can’t enjoy facility for the price paid. I also received a text asking how was everything and I mentioned that our soap in the room was out when we got the room and if someone cold refill it for us. No one never came. During the weekend the price jumps double and it’s just not near worth that even for the location. Nothing comes with 800 for 2 nights besides being able to walk downtown. Still have to pay for breakfast and all the fun stuff was closed for construction. We were offered to go to another hotel to swim but that hotel has an outside swimming pool and it was cold. Price need to be cheaper until they get things together

Disliked: Arrival at hotel was awful, we arrived after 10pm and despite there being staff at the reception desk no-one opened the door which was locked. Very inconvenient and totally unnecessary. Valet parking instructions were unclear and not user friendly. Staff on reception were pretty useless and didn't communicate well. Our digital key was deactivated during breakfast, before checkout time which was ridiculous. No business centre available or any other alternative options, very poor. WiFi requiring HH membership is not an appropriate solution.
