Liked: Front desk staff was very pleasant when we walked in. They were great throughout the stay.
Disliked: Beds were very uncomfortable. Basically felt like an old spring mattress. Our room was right after the automatic door on the 2nd level, could hear it open anytime someone hit the button. Wife said walls were thin, claims she heard someone take a "3 Minute Leak" at one point in the night.

Liked: I didn’t eat breakfast, coffee was weak and unavailable in the lobby. The a/c didn’t work great. The room was super small, bathroom was small, the door to the room and bathroom hit each other when opening, which is weird and dangerous for little kids fingers! The blinds are great!
Disliked: I did not like that my reservation wasn’t showing on the computer when i tried to check in. It took way more effort than it should have to get a new reservation so my family could check in. The guy at the desk was rude and didn’t seem like he cared to help, but the young lady who was sitting right next to him did not hesitate to step in and help get everything taken care of.
