Horrible food will be the...

Liked: Clean, comfortable,stylish decor, easy walk to downtown
Disliked: The food was AWFUL! Very low quality breakfast buffet. Dinner in bar/restaurant was horrible: GREASY fried Grouper. Grouper? Really? Seemed like some watery fish residue. Very disappointed because in the past I’ve found Hilton Gardens food much above the average hotel fare. Maybe quality has been sacrificed to cut costs?

The meeting facilities were excellent

Disliked: The ergonomics of the room were awkward. If you open the bathroom door you could not walk past in the hall. The fridge opened the opposite of the cabinet toward the wall. No freezer. The bathroom was tiny and hard to maneuver.

Liked: The waitress was super nice
Disliked: The breakfast was just eatable and cost was high. I was on the 5th floor. I was gone from 7am until 3pm working. When I got back room service had not come. They didn’t make it to that floor until 3:30. There were two small trash cans in the room. Only one had a bag. Also I was on the side gassing the road and I heard sirens all night. Also. There is no smoking area. I was told it was all the way around the front of the building. There was no but bucket. So I walked back and forth in the rain. There was nowhere to sit. On the last morning I saw the but bucket beside the pool door. If that’s the smoking area. Not only is there to where to sit. But it’s not even covered and out of the weather

Liked: Nice room, the rooftop, gym and pool. Perfect location.
Disliked: Would be nice to have open restaurant during lunchtime.
