The hotel and location was...

Liked: The hotel was beautiful. The location was the reason I chose the hotel. We were going to see a show at the signature theater. I loved the easy parking and how we could walk to everything we needed. Our trip was short, but it was nice.
Disliked: Checking in the hotel was stressful. I used booking.com to secure the hotel. When I got to hotel I was told they didn't have me in the system and I was probably at the wrong hotel. I showed him the address and it was the correct hotel. I was stating to panic because he could find my reservation. It took awhile, but he finally found it. The hotel's website said it had a pool. The kids were disappointed to learn that they turned it into a meeting room. Maybe the website needs to be updated.

Disliked: Stayed here a few times, first time was good However, second and third time internet didn't work all the time Very loud music from bar in the neighborhood which I usually wouldn't mind but it was after 11:00 at night Hotel staff absent from front desk a lot and not very informative or friendly

It was horrible stay ever...

Liked: Locality
Disliked: Key card wasn’t working. We were assigned different room and our luggage was in different room. Phone doesn’t work in room. TV doesn’t work earlier
