Exceptional

The best hotel stay we have had so far, WOULD RECCOMEND 100%.

Liked: My sister and my mother had breakfast and they loved it. I had some waffles and a sandwich which was in my opinion the best breakfast sandwich I have had. The room was clean and so was the other areas of the facility including the pool and the parking lot.
Disliked: The only thing I did not like was some guest down the hall where smoking some bud which is ok because I do too just not on private property and with children in the room. No harm done at all.

I have to hire a lawyer if they still have not refunded so never again when we give our business

Liked: They had a bad blood on the first floor they moved us three rooms in less than 24 hours when they moved into the second floor they did not have cars to do to the homeless people stealing their car they overcharged as close to $4,000 and they've been sending that to different departments and refusing to refund our money higher an attorney in Indiana process hopefully not a lawsuit
Disliked: The part that they overcharged us after we checked out 3 days later they put a hold on my husband's card or post 1,900 and they refuse to refund their money

Liked: Glad to see a good newspaper in the lobby, not the normal propaganda. No cleaning agent smell in room, so we stayed a couple extra days.
Disliked: a lot of noise from cars

Liked: Good size room. Hotel location was very convenient for transportation and food. Close to the train stop so we rode the train many times to Pasadena. Everything was clean. I liked that there was a pool option even though we didn't use it. Parking is abundant.
Disliked: Pillows were slightly uncomfortable.

Liked: The reception staff were very helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The toilet took several flushes to clear the toilet paper. There was a lot of door slamming going on well after 11:00. The sound proofing could use improvement.
