Did not meet my expectations

Liked: The location was great and close to a shopping center and the event location. The staff was pleasant and helpful, which was greatly appreciated.
Disliked: The bathroom had a lot of wear and tear. The only place to hang your towel was right next to the toilet on the hand rail used for assisting those with mobility issues or disabilities. The breakfast was not good.

Disliked: Our room door was open when we checked in (probably from housekeeping) but made me feel uneasy and checked the room to make sure no one was in the room. Hair found on toilet, pill found under garbage can. Hot tub water very low.

Liked: It is conveniently located.
Disliked: The room had an overpowering smell of cheap perfume. No where else did the hotel smell. Like they didnt clean the room just sprayed perfume. The tub tile grout was dirty and a K-cup was still in the keurig. The TV remote was sticky and didnt work.

Liked: Great staff, clean room and the hot breakfast. Oh yeah, and the pool was open.
