Overnight stay was pleasant but...

Liked: The front desk staff were pleasant
Disliked: The hall area leading to your room reeked of pet smells, the rooms are nice but not cleaned thoroughly, and lastly the ice machine very unclean

Pretty disappointing

Liked: Very well located. The staff was friendly.
Disliked: Upon entering there was a large roach in the lobby. I live in the area so I don’t think it’s that uncommon. Mainly the reason for my low rating was that for almost 200 dollars the facilities were poorly maintained. The toilet didn’t flush well, the shower was difficult to figure and once I did the water pressure was disappointing. My least favorite part was someone had left the alarm clock in the room set so it went off at 6am. I booked this room to treat myself to a night away and sleep in but that wasn’t possible once the alarm went off at 6am. These should really be taken out of the rooms or reset at part of turndown service.

Liked: Staff were very good.
Disliked: Very tight parking. When full it was extremely difficult to get out. Luckily a staff member saw me and helped me make my 10 point turn.

A quick getaway to celebrate...

Liked: Breakfast was not included; we ate at a great bakery/coffee shop nearby. There are several excellent restaurants within easy walking distance. The room was a cut above what we expected. Best availability of electrical outlets and USB chargers we’ve encountered anywhere.
Disliked: The parking fee is pretty steep, though not unexpected (street parking in old town Annapolis is notoriously scarce). Our balcony was cramped and barely able to fit two chairs — not worth even the $10 upcharge.
