Liked: Absolutely everything. Location was perfect. The bed was comfy. It was not far from any shopping or good places to eat. And the breakfast was amazing.
Disliked: One thing I didn't like was the fact that there were keypads to all the doors that led to the smoking areas, but you couldn't get back inside from there. You had to walk back around and use the main entrance.

Liked: Love the quiet and the peace of the hotel. There's a general feel of elegance, beauty and overall grandeas within the hotel.The room was excellent. All of the request I had made, were fulfilled long before I got there!! Amelia checked us in and she was nothing professional, polite and pure joy to talk with!! We indulged in room service and it was the same: purely professional, polite and positive vibe about him!! (So sorry I can't remember his name - though he did state it multiple times!!
Disliked: Just the fact there was a lot of highway noise from outside! I at times felt I was standing in the middle of interstate 85. We forgot our shampoo and the hotel didn't have any at all!! We had the soap, the makeup remover and hair conditioner but no shampoo!! I hope this gets resolved ASAP.
