Disliked: Apparently due to booking services, request to get rooms connected to each other was not possible. Which was confusing and misleading? Also one elevator was in need of a tune up as at every floor, the elevator would jolt.

Liked: Super clean. Delicious breakfast. Friendly helpful staff. Shuttle to Disney.
Disliked: Pool towels were empty a couple of times and I didn’t like having to go request them.

Liked: the rooms were nice and comfortable
Disliked: the fact that we booked a king bed room and then we realized that there was mold in the shower and it fell in the shower. We told them about it and said that they did not have any other king rooms so we downgraded to a queen. we stayed there 4 days so we asked a day later if there was a chance we were able to move back but they said no. They also did not clean the rooms everyday.
