For a newer place, it...
Liked: I liked the decor...and I liked it had an indoor pool and hot tub...I liked that breakfast was included in the rate...I liked the location of the property.
Disliked: We waited over 15 mins at 7:30 pm to check in due to nobody at the desk. I even stood in the lobby and called and it rang for 5 mins before a chef came out to answer it. It told him it was me and he ran to grab the lady to check us in. We were given our breakfast vouchers for our stay, but breakfast was stopped at 8:00 or 9:00 during the week, so we didn?t get to utilize them for a few days and there menu was still very limited. There hot tub was broke and the pool was cold although you could feel warm water coming out of the jets. The inside of the pool room was very cold which made the water feel cold I suppose. We had long black hairs in the bathroom shower and on our bedding. Both mine and my husband have short blonde hair. We had to call if our room needed cleaned, if we needed shampoo, conditioner, etc. even though we stayed for four nights which isn?t very customer friendly....all in all I wasn?t too happy and should have called ahead to check in on those things that were important to me when I stay somewhere. Lesson learned.

Liked: I have lots of food sensitivities and the cook was very helpful and willing to work with me.
Disliked: I didn't like that the breakfast was an additional charge.

Power outage, Review was for...
Disliked: Nice lady greeted me there in the dark and escorted me to my room because I couldn?t use a key. There was a power outage. I couldn?t use the shower in the morning, there was no air-conditioning, couldn?t charge my phone or computer obviously. Was told not to use the water and there was no ice, by the time I got there it all melted. I couldn?t tell if the room was clean, it seemed to be but it was too dark. This was No one?s fault! I?m sure it would?ve been a great experience had this not all happened but I got charged for two nights when I only stayed one, Then when I called Hilton to have it reversed, Looks like he charged me for another night. Could be wrong I?ll check tomorrow, but because of the circumstances I should not have been charged or I should?ve been offered something for the inconvenience. Very poor customer service, was not even apologetic. And I really don?t understand why such a large hotel would not have a generator? Maybe I just don?t know how that works.

Liked: Very clean rooms
Disliked: Other patrons weren't adhering to the mask mandate. Staff specifically called to make sure we understood rule. There were rules limiting people in workout room but not the pool. Too many on the pool. My kids didn't even get to swim .
