Hilton Garden Inn will not be a first choice ever again.

Liked: The staff only.
Disliked: I requested weeks in advance to have an ADA room on the first floor. I am 100% disabled per the Veterans Admin and part of my disability insurance is PTSD. I was put on the second floor. My TV would not turn off. Had to set volume off but had to put up with it flickering all night. TI own a Keurig coffee maker. When faced with the Keurig in my room, it did not work well. I had to hold down the top of the coffee maker to make it run. I did report this to the staff upon departure. Breakfast with the hostess and cook was excellent.
